Tom Wahl of Red Fern Farm www.redfernfarm.com had previously thought this was a new seedling. He has since discovered through newfound orchard maps that this variety is actually the already known 'SAA Overleese'. Tom describes this pawpaw as having "large fruit, low seed, extra-sweet, mid season". This cultivar is said to be possibly the sweetest one currently available, although further testing is in order.
